OSHA AWAIR PROGRAM

Policy Statement
Excalibur Caulking Inc promotes the safety and well being of employees as its number one priority.
Safety Rules
In order to ensure maximum safety precautions, we demand the following rules/procedures be followed while working at any given job site:
 

1. use of safety equipment
    -hard hat
    -protective eyewear
    -gloves
    -safety ropes/belts when using lift equipment, scaffolding, and swing stages

2. working in safe weather conditions
    -temperatures between -10 degrees and 100 degrees F are acceptable
    -under 20 MPH winds
    -no severe weather (thunderstorms, lightning, tornadoes, etc)

3. use of equipment properly
    -use of GFI cords with all electrical equipment
    -use of ladders according to standards written on each ladder
    -inspection of equipment for damage before each use
    -ladder extending over roof must be tied to roof

Training
An annual training review will be conducted.
Audits
At a minimum, annual surprise audits will be performed. A written report will be kept on file, and given to the employee(s) concerned.
Accident Investigation
At the time safely following an accident, an Accident Investigation Report must be filled out and given to the safety officer.
Hazardous Material
See safety data sheets per material. The MSD's are in each vehicle and in the office.
